2023-2024 Seasonal Rates for September thru May
Seasonal Pontoon or Ski Boat Storage Rates:
• Inside storage starts with a base rate of $22.00 per linear foot for pontoons, boats or boats/pontoons on trailers.
* Tritoons will be charged an additional 10% of the base storage rate.
• Outside storage starts with a base rate of $150 per boat for up to 24 linear feet.
• Outside storage for boats or boats on trailers that are longer than 24 linear feet have an additional charge of $10.00 per linear foot.
• Boats are measured from the furthest front point of the boat to the furthest rear point of the boat motor, etc. Measurements include the tongue of the trailer .
Seasonal Motorhome, Fifth-Wheel, Pull Behind or Trailer Storage Rates:
• Inside storage starts with a base rate of $22.00 per linear foot.
• Outside storage starts with a base rate of $150 per RV for up to 24 linear feet.
• Outside storage of RVs that are longer than 24 linear feet have an additional charge of $10.00 per linear foot.
• RVs are measured from the furthest front point of the RV to the furthest rear point of the RV including ladders, spare tires, etc.. Measurements include the tongue of the trailer .
Seasonal Jet Ski, Car or Pickup Truck Storage Rates:
• Inside storage starts with a base rate of $22.00 per linear foot per double Jet Ski trailer, car or pickup truck.
• Outside storage starts with a base rate of $100.00 per double Jet Ski trailer, car or pickup truck for up to 15 linear feet.
• Outside storage of double Jet Skis on trailers, Single Jet Ski on trailers, cars, or pickup trucks that are longer than 15 linear feet have an additional charge of $10.00 per linear foot.
• Cars and pickup trucks must be in running condition.
• We do not store motorcycles.
• Jet skis on trailers are measured from the trailer ball hitch to the farthest rear point.
• Cars and pickup trucks are measured from the furthest front point to the furthest rear point.
Additional Terms and Information:
• Prices are subject to chane.
• A longer length storage period than that stated above will result in additional storage fees.
• A shorter length vehicle or a shorter length storage period will not result in a discounted price.
• Customer must sign a contract and payment is due at time of vehicle delivery to Universal Storage Solutions.
* Any item measuring over 102" in width will be charged an additional 10% of the base storage rate.
Example:
A pontoon boat that measures 26 linear feet from the furthest front point of the boat (including the trailer tongue) to the furthest rear point of the boat would incur a storage rate as follows:
Inside base storage rate for a 26 foot boat:
26 feet @ $22.00 per linear foot = $572.00
